PREPARING PEOPLE TO MEET JESUS

OUR OVERVIEW

Valley Baptist Church is a memeber of the Bay Lakes Baptist Association, the Minnesota-Wisconsin Baptist Convention, and the Southern Baptist Convention. As with other churches in the conventions listed, we are an independent religious 501(c)(3) organization. The church Pastor and staff are recruited by the members of Valley.

Valley is made up of people who have had a life-changing encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus is our Savior and Lord. We are empowered by God's Holy Spirit. We find our direction in the Bible. We seek to live to bring glory to God the Father. We are dedicated to the purpose of preparing people to meet Jesus.

OUR BELIEFS

We believe there is one and only one living and true God.

The Bible is God's Word to us. It was written by human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living.

Because it is inspired by God, it is the truth without any mixture of error.

JOIN US FOR SERVICE

TESTIMONIALS

"The first time I attended Valley, I was welcomed by many kind hearted people wanting to get to know me. It was apparent to me immediately what it meant to be part of a church family. What I love most about Valley is Pastor Larry's messages - they are aligned directly with what the Bible teaches and delivered in a powerful way. If you are interested in coming to Valley, come and check it out! I will meet you at the door, sit along side you, and make you feel comfortable."

"Before attending Valley, I met Pastor Larry at several gatherings for the deaf community. Visiting the church was the confirmation I needed. Pastor's leadership was apparent in every encounter. The people were not just friendsly for the sake of being friendly, but were genuinely happy to invite me in. I now serve as the volunteer sign language interpreter at Valley's 8:00 am service. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a church family and to grow in their faith to come to Valley. I believe you will be pleasantly surprised by what God is doing here through his willing servants."
