Online Fellowship Directory
Access to the Online Member Directory (also referred to as Fellowship Directory)
You must signup to be in the Fellowship Directory. Use the button below, this will take you to the link to access the directory.
If you are New to the church or just new to the directory, sign up for an account using your email or phone. You will be notified once your access has been approved. If you were in the old version of the software, do NOT sign up for another account. See info below.
To Login there are 2 options:
1. Login - Already have Valid Username and Password.
2. First time login from Old System - If you were in the old system and have not logged in since the upgrade, you will need to reactivate your account. Please follow this video tutorial to access your account and get a new password.
Note: Use the same Username and Password for both the website and the mobile app.
If you had the mobile app on your phone before the upgrade, you will need to update your app. Go to the app store and look for the Online Member Directory app. It should say Update.
If you have not added the Mobile App to your phone:
Download the mobile app. The buttons below will take you to either the Google Store or the Apple Store. Click the one for your phone type. Install on your phone.

Additional Online Directory Information
The membership directory contains personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, birthdays, and anniversary dates. This information is collected directly from users who have voluntarily provided this information to be included in the directory. Our Online Directory allows the user to manage how much or little information is provided through the directory.
The personal information collected in the membership directory is used solely for the purpose of communication within the congregation of Valley Baptist Church and for facilitating interpersonal connections.
Our directory, which is managed through CTRN Member directory, utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and stores your data on multiple secure servers. All the information included in the directory is protected by the creation of a unique login & password for each user. Each user is able to update their personal information only. The ability to manage this information is limited to authorized individuals who require access to perform their duties. Additionally, all access to the membership directory is controlled by the directory administrator(s).
Users may access the content of the membership directory. The information stored in the directory will not be accessible to the general public. Only authorized users who are approved by the directory administrator(s) will receive access to the directory. Each user is able to update their personal information only.
There will be open enrollment each year in May and November. During this time, users and their information will be removed from the directory if they are considered to no longer be active in the life of Valley Baptist Church (aside from limitations of health).
